Volunteers sought 24th August for stand at “Sparkling Dunbar” at Victoria Harbour

Next Saturday, 24th August, sees the second Harbour Festival organised by the Harbour Trust and we have agreed to take a table like last year, with a small potted “forest”, a folder of information on trees and their uses of the years, and also to promote the group.

We are always struggling to get enough bodies to represent the group, and this year, apart from yours truly, none of the other committee members are able to put in some time. The event (see poster for further details) will run from 1pm – 6pm and even some help for a little bit of the time would be very much appreciated, especially to set up and pack everything away again.

I hope that one or the other of our members will be able to help out (either contact me via the website or directly to ute_penny@live.co.uk).

Thank you very much in advance,

 Ute Penny
